The wheel does not spin freely and rubs against the rim
1.
Finding out the state
Find out which brake the wheel is hitting.
2.
Settings
On the brakes (not on the levers!) you'll find a small bolt pointing away from the bike. This screw sets the brake in a horizontal direction. If your wheel rubs against the right brake, you need to tighten the screw on the right brake clockwise and loosen the screw on the left brake counterclockwise at the same time. If your wheel is rubbing on the left brake, the same procedure but in reverse (tighten the screw on the left brake and loosen the screw on the right brake).
3.
Check
Check that the wheel turns freely. If the brake has moved too little or too much, repeat the procedure.
