Returning the bike
1. Bicycle cleaning and preparation
Clean the bike of dirt and remove stickers. You'll need a size 4 Allen wrench and a size 14 spanner wrench. We've included everything you need with your bike.

2. Disassembling the handlebars
Loosen the four screws on the stem that hold the handlebars in a counterclockwise direction. Remove the front part of the stem, fold the handlebars down and put the front part of the stem back on.

3. Mounting of the handlebar clamp
Secure it in place with 4 screws to prevent parts from being lost during transport.

4. Turning the wheel
Turn the wheel the other way round = stem with wheel facing backwards.

5. Dismounting the pedals
Dismount the pedals from the bike. The right one (marked R) is loosened anti-clockwise but the left one (marked L) has the opposite thread and needs to be loosened clockwise.

6. Wrapping in protective foil
Return the bike to its original packing material to prevent damage to the bike in transit. Bubble wrap belongs on the saddle and insulation tubes on the frame and stem. Place the pedals, wheel axle caps and tools that came with your bike in the bag and use the included tie-down tape to secure it and the handlebars against the bike's top frame tube. Put the transport caps on the wheel axles.

7. Putting in the box
Put the bike in the box, seal the box and cancel your order in the profile or contact us and we will help you cancel it. We'll order and send a courier to pick up your packed bike.
